The Kinderland programme is specially designed by our team of Child Development Early Childhood Education specialists, together with our overseas consultants. Its aim is to promote holistic development for children and readiness for schooling.

Regular Appraisals
Kinderland children are well-prepared for formal schooling. They are given diagnostic testing to keep track of their progress in English, Mathematics, and Mandarin.
KINDERLAND PROGRAMMES
Parents can enroll their children in Kinderland from the age of 1 in playgroup sessions. Our programme caters for children from ages one to six. In Kinderland, our programme is divided into the following age levels :
The Kinderland Programme (1 to 2 Years)
Believing that play is a powerful and effective medium, the Kinderplay programme allows for a range of stimulating experiences for toddlers, accompanied by their moms. Kinderplay offers a thematic approach to teaching. The 'learning through play' approach encourages self-expression and creativity through meaningful Programmess like music, movement and games, kinderfit (physical), arts and craft, and a variety of English language activities.
The Pre-Nursery Programme (2 to 3 years)
The Pre-Nursery curriculum adopts an integrated and holistic approach to learning. Children from 2 to 2,5 years are placed in Pre-Nursery 1 and children from 2,5 to 3 years are placed in Pre-Nursery 2. The reason for this split within the age level is to gradually get the children accustomed to more challenging activities and longer class hours.
The Nursery, K1 & K2 Programme (3 to 6 Years)
Using a balanced, comprehensive and stimulating preschool curriculum, Kinderland develops each child's potential and ensures individual success. Children from 3 to 4 years are placed in Nursery while those from 4 to 5 years of age are placed in Kindergarten 1. Students who are 5 to 6 years old move on to Kindergarten 2. At the end of Kindergarten 2 students 'graduate' to Primary School.
CORE CURRICULUM
Integrated Language Arts Programme (ILAP)
A multi sensory, thematic approach that combines stories, art, phonics and language experiences has been developed to bring meaning to the learning of the alphabet, reading and writing.
Math Alive Programme (MAP)
This enriching programme serves as a meaningful and concrete way for children to acquire early mathematical concepts through hands-on learning and materials from the child's own environment.
Activity Based Language Studies Programme (ALSP)
Kinderland offers fun and effective ways of learning languages other than English, e.g. Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, through songs, stories, drama, movement and penmanship exercises.
CREATIVE CURRICULUM
Move with Music Programme (MMP)
This is movement-based music programme uniquely designed to nurture, refine and extend young children's musical abilities and enjoyment through songs, musical stories, percussion instruments and expressive movements.
Technology Integrated Learning (TIL)
Kinderland uses special child-friendly software that gives children a technological head start while teaching them the basics of language and mathematics.
Kinderfit Programme (KF)
This programme emphasizes a 'whole-person' approach to wellness. Its primary goal is to enable young children to not only look and feel good but also to develop self-esteem. The acquisition of movement skills as well as the development of self-confidence, team spirit and a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle are emphasized.
SPECIAL PROGRAMMES
Children's Music Course (CMC)
Keyboard skills, rudiments of musical theory, music appreciation, singing and ensemble playing are taught by professional music teachers. Kinderland is the only preschool in Jakarta that offers this special programme as part of its curriculum.
